SecureTextEditState

Struct SecureTextEditState

Source
pub struct SecureTextEditState {
    pub cursor: TextCursorState,

    pub last_interaction_time: f64,
    pub ime_enabled: bool,
    pub ime_cursor_range: CCursorRange,
}
Expand description

Persistent cursor / IME state for a SecureTextEdit.

Fields§

§cursor: TextCursorState

Selection and cursor.

§singleline_offset: f32

Horizontal scroll offset for single-line fields.

§last_interaction_time: f64

Seconds since start, last time the user interacted.

§ime_enabled: bool

True while a non-empty IME preedit is in the buffer.

Not tied to the deprecated ImeEvent::Enabled. Empty Preedit/Commit events (GNOME/ibus on Wayland) must be ignored when this is false, or the cursor jumps to index 0 and text is typed in reverse.

§ime_cursor_range: CCursorRange

Span of the current preedit, if any. Do not use this as the delete target — always mutate the live cursor range, like egui 0.36.

Implementations§

Source§

impl SecureTextEditState

Source

pub fn load(ctx: &Context, id: Id) -> Option<Self>

Load persisted state for id, if any.

Source

pub fn store(self, ctx: &Context, id: Id)

Persist this state under id.
