Set via PairItem::icon_tone or PairItem::icon_color; both write this one field, so the last call wins.

#[non_exhaustive] for the same reason PairItem is: a future tint kind should not break callers that match on this.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

Tone(BadgeTone)

A status tone, resolved through BadgeTone::foreground against the palette in force when the node is painted.

Solid(Color32)

An explicit colour, used as-is.
