Explicit opt-in for --sys: apply the selected local HTTP/SOCKS5 listener as the OS system proxy after bind, restoring on shutdown.

This is a narrow post-bind runtime hook, not ordinary listener configuration: pproxy-style startup may bind an ephemeral port whose actual address is required before OS state can be applied. Native startup passes None (no OS mutation).
