pub enum ArrayWeightMethod {
GeneByGene,
Reml,
}Expand description
How array_weights sweeps the genes.
Variants§
GeneByGene
One Fisher scoring step per gene, weights updated as the sweep proceeds.
limma’s .arrayWeightsGeneByGene. Accepts missing values and gene-level
weights; method = "auto" selects it when either is present.
method = "auto" selects whenever either is present.
Reml
Score and information pooled over all genes, iterated to convergence.
limma’s .arrayWeightsREML, or .arrayWeightsPrWtsREML with gene-level
weights. method = "auto" selects it for a complete, unweighted matrix.
