pub struct DiffSpliceParams {
pub prior_count: f64,
pub robust: Option<bool>,
}Expand description
Tuning knobs for diff_splice and diff_splice_dge.
Fields§
§prior_count: f64Prior count for the gene-level fit’s log-fold-change shrinkage. The exon-level fit is the caller’s and the reduced-model refit needs no shrunk coefficients.
robust: Option<bool>Whether the gene-level empirical Bayes step Winsorises its moments.
None follows edgeR: robust when the quasi-likelihood fit produced a
per-gene df_prior. Ignored on the likelihood ratio path.
