Comprehensive metrics collector for the RPC proxy

Thread-safe metrics collection system that tracks cache performance, provider usage, method-level statistics, and historical trends. Uses atomic operations and read-write locks for concurrent access.

Fields§

Total number of cache hits across all methods (served from cache)

§cache_misses: AtomicU64

Total number of cache misses that required checking the cache (excludes non-cacheable)

Total number of requests processed (all requests)
