A picture as its pixels, for a Notice whose picture came as bytes rather than a file: RGBA, 8 bits a channel, row after row with nothing between them.

Cheap to clone. Keep the same Pixels for as long as the notice shows: the host draws it once and knows it again by its bytes’ address.
