图层类型，用于描述页面中的不同层（正文层、前景层、背景层）。 继承自 CT_PageBlock，增加了图层类型和绘制参数引用。 对应 GB/T 33190-2016 第 7.7 节。

Fields

layer_type: LayerType

图层类型。

draw_param: Option<u32>

绘制参数引用 ID（可选）。

block: CT_PageBlock

页面块内容。
