Expand description

Vector index description (returned in TableDescription).

Field set per the AWS response shape: IndexName, SearchSchema (when declared), Projection, VectorAttribute, Dimensions, DistanceFunction, IndexStatus, IndexSizeBytes, ItemCount, IndexArn. Backfilling is never present on the CreateTable path, so it stays None here and is only populated by paths that observe a backfill.
