State alphabet for memcache_parse_req.

The numeric values match the reference engine’s request state indices so external parity tooling can compare them directly.

Initial state.

ReqType = 1

Reading the command keyword.

SpacesBeforeKey = 2

Skipping spaces before the first key.

Key = 3

Reading a key.
