Expand description

Dynomite-side error code carried in a message envelope.

Matches dyn_error_t from the C reference verbatim.

Variants§

No error.

§

DynomiteUnknownError = 1

Unspecified error.

§

DynomiteInvalidState = 2

Engine state forbids the request.

§

DynomiteInvalidAdminReq = 3

Admin-only command issued in non-admin mode.

§

PeerConnectionRefuse = 4

Peer refused the connection.

§

PeerHostDown = 5

Peer reachable but reported down.

§

PeerHostNotConnected = 6

Peer not yet connected.

§

StorageConnectionRefuse = 7

Datastore refused the connection.

§

BadFormat = 8

Bad message framing.

§

DynomiteNoQuorumAchieved = 9

Quorum not achieved.

§

DynomiteScriptSpansNodes = 10

Lua script keys span multiple nodes.

§

DynomitePayloadTooLarge = 11

Payload exceeds the configured limit.

Implementations§

Source§

impl DynErrorCode

Source

pub fn message(self) -> &'static str

Human-readable label used in error responses, mirroring dn_strerror in the C reference.

§Examples
use dynomite::msg::DynErrorCode;
assert_eq!(DynErrorCode::PeerHostDown.message(), "Peer Node is down");
Source

pub fn source(self) -> &'static str

Origin label (Dynomite:, Peer:, Storage:, unknown:) used in error response prefixes, mirroring dyn_error_source.

§Examples
use dynomite::msg::DynErrorCode;
assert_eq!(DynErrorCode::PeerHostDown.source(), "Peer:");
