Output of a function_call_output item. Shadows upstream FunctionCallOutput so the Content arm carries the crate’s InputContent (and so the relaxed InputImageContent), giving tool outputs the same part semantics as message content. Upstream’s arm carries its own InputContent, which accepts an omitted detail since async-openai 0.38 but still rejects an explicit "detail": null that message content accepts.
