Expand description

One call of a texture-reading operation.

Fields§

§function: ValueId

The function the call is in.

§instruction: usize

The call’s position among the function’s instructions.

§opcode: u16

The operation’s dx.op opcode (60 sample, 61 sampleBias, 62 sampleLevel, 63 sampleGrad, 64 sampleCmp, 65 sampleCmpLevelZero, 66 textureLoad, 68 bufferLoad, 73 textureGather, 74 textureGatherCmp, 81 calculateLOD, 139 rawBufferLoad).

§texture: Option<Handle>

The resource read; none where its handle is not the result of a createHandle or createHandleFromBinding call (through annotateHandle) of the same function, for instance a handle chosen by a select or phi, or one made from the descriptor heap.

§sampled: bool

The operation takes a sampler (every one but the loads).

§sampler: Option<Handle>

The sampler, where the operation takes one and its handle is resolved as for TextureRead::texture.

§comparison: bool

The operation compares the sampled value with a reference (sampleCmp, sampleCmpLevelZero, textureGatherCmp).
