Expand description

One element of an ISG1/OSG1/PSG1 part as stored.

Fields§

§stream: u32

The geometry stream the element is written to (0 for every other element).

§name: String

The semantic name.

§index: u32

The semantic index.

§system_value: u32

D3D_NAME.

§component_type: u32

D3D_REGISTER_COMPONENT_TYPE.

§register: u32

The register the element is packed into.

§mask: u8

The components the element occupies, one bit each (x is bit 0).

§read_write_mask: u8

The components a program reads (inputs) or never writes (outputs), as stored.

§bit: usize

Where the record starts, in bits of the part.

Implementations§

Source§

impl SignatureElement

Source

pub fn system_value_name(&self) -> &'static str

The name dxc’s listing gives the element’s system value (DxilProgramSigSemantic, D3D’s D3D_NAME): POS, TARGET, …; NONE for none.

Source

pub fn format_name(&self) -> &'static str

The name dxc’s listing gives the element’s component type (DxilProgramSigCompType): float, uint, …
