One field of a struct type, as its annotation in dx.typeAnnotations states it.

Fields

name: String

The field’s name.

offset: u32

Byte offset in the constant buffer.

component: Option<u32>

Its DxilComponentType: LLVM integers carry no signedness, the annotation does.

matrix: Option<(u32, u32, u32)>

A matrix field’s rows, columns and orientation (1 row-major, 2 column-major): LLVM lowers a matrix to an array of its lines, so only the annotation says it is one.
