Expand description

One signature element of the entry point: its id (the sigId loadInput and storeOutput name), its first register and column, and its size.

Fields§

§id: u32

The id the loadInput and storeOutput operations name the element by.

§name: String

The semantic name.

§index: u32

The first semantic index.

§component_type: u8

DXIL component type (5 u32, 4 i32, 9 f32, …).

§system_value: u8

DXIL semantic kind (0 arbitrary, 1 SV_VertexID, 3 SV_Position, 13 SV_IsFrontFace, …).

§interpolation: u8

DXIL interpolation mode (1 constant, 2 linear, 4 linear noperspective, …).

§row: u32

The first register the element occupies.

§column: u8

The first component (0 x to 3 w) of that register.

§rows: u32

How many registers it spans.

§columns: u8

How many components of each register it uses.

§placed: bool

An element the packer did not place (system values read another way): no register.
