Traffic branch analysis result

Forge uses a “traffic light” system to categorize file changes by risk level:

• 🟢 Green: Safe to auto-merge (docs, tests, styles, assets)
• 🟡 Yellow: Reviewable conflicts (code changes that may conflict)
• 🔴 Red: Manual resolution required (API changes, schemas, migrations)

This system prevents breaking changes from being automatically merged while allowing safe updates to proceed without manual intervention.
