}
Expand description

Parsed 10-byte BBHEADER.

Fields vary based on Mode:

  • NM (MODE=0): upl, sync are from the header; issy_in_header is None.
  • HEM (MODE=1): upl and sync are both zero; issy_in_header carries the 3 ISSY bytes that reuse the NM UPL/SYNC layout.

Detection: crc8(bytes[0..9]) ^ bytes[9] yields 0 for NM, 1 for HEM.

Fields§

§matype: Matype

MATYPE field.

§upl: u16

User Packet Length in bits (NM only; 0 in HEM).

§sync: u8

Copy of the User Packet Sync-byte (NM only; 0 in HEM).

§dfl: u16

Data Field Length in bits.

§syncd: u16

Distance in bits from DATA FIELD start to the first complete UP beginning.

§mode: Mode

Detected mode (NM vs HEM).

§issy_in_header: Option<[u8; 3]>

3-byte ISSY from header bytes (HEM only; None in NM).

Implementations§

Source§

impl Bbheader

Source

pub fn parse(bytes: &[u8]) -> Result<Self, Error>

Parse a 10-byte BBHEADER, detecting NM vs HEM automatically.

Mode detection per EN 302 755 §5.1.7: mode = crc8(bytes[0..9]) ^ bytes[9] (0 = NM, 1 = HEM). Values other than 0 or 1 return Error::InvalidMode.

Source

pub fn serialize(&self) -> [u8; 10]

Serialize the BBHEADER back to its 10-byte wire format.
