Expand description

Configuration for a Dukascopy client instance.

This is usually created through DukascopyClientBuilder, then accessed via ConfiguredClient::config for inspection.

§Example

use dukascopy_fx::advanced::{DukascopyClientBuilder, PairResolutionMode};

let client = DukascopyClientBuilder::new()
    .default_quote_currency("USD")
    .pair_resolution_mode(PairResolutionMode::ExplicitOrDefaultQuote)
    .max_in_flight_requests(16)
    .max_download_concurrency(16)
    .build();

assert_eq!(client.config().max_in_flight_requests, 16);
assert_eq!(client.config().max_download_concurrency, 16);

Fields§

§cache_size: usize

Cache size (number of hourly data files to cache)

§parsed_tick_cache_size: usize

Parsed tick cache size (number of hourly parsed entries to cache)

§timeout_secs: u64

HTTP request timeout in seconds

§max_idle_connections: usize

Maximum idle connections per host

§max_retries: u32

Maximum retries for transient failures

§retry_base_delay_ms: u64

Base delay for exponential retry backoff in milliseconds

§max_in_flight_requests: usize

Maximum number of concurrent in-flight HTTP requests

§max_download_concurrency: usize

Maximum number of concurrent batch download tasks.

§max_decompression_jobs: usize

Maximum number of concurrent LZMA decompression jobs.

§max_at_or_before_backtrack_hours: usize

Maximum number of hours to scan backward for at-or-before tick lookup.

§respect_market_hours: bool

Whether market-hours filtering should be applied (FX-style).

§default_quote_currency: Option<String>

Optional default quote currency used for symbol-only requests.

§pair_resolution_mode: PairResolutionMode

Symbol resolution policy.

§conversion_mode: ConversionMode

Conversion policy for quote resolution.

§bridge_currencies: Vec<String>

Bridge currencies used by synthetic conversion.

§code_aliases: HashMap<String, String>

Optional alias mapping for instrument codes, e.g. AAPL -> AAPLUS.

§base_url: String

Base URL for the Dukascopy API
