A crypto_stream key. Always exactly 32 bytes - Strumok256’s key length (see the module doc).

Generates a fresh key from the OS CSPRNG - libsodium’s crypto_stream_keygen equivalent.

Errors

Returns RandomError if the OS CSPRNG fails.
