#[non_exhaustive]pub struct TakenDevice {
pub path: PathBuf,
pub id: DeviceId,
pub fd: RawFd,
}Expand description
A device this session is holding.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.path: PathBufWhere it was opened from. Kept because a resume reopens by path.
id: DeviceIdThe seat’s handle, for closing it.
fd: RawFdThe descriptor as it stands now. Replaced by a resume.
Borrowed, not owned: the seat closes it, and it does so at a moment of its choosing. Closing it here leaves the seat holding a handle to a descriptor number the process has since reused for something else.
