Accounting for one build pass’s acquire loop.

Separated so the EAGAIN rule is testable on its own: a source with nothing to contribute is skipped, counted, and retried next frame — it is not a failure, and it must not abort the commit.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

acquired: usize

Layers that produced a buffer.

skipped_no_frame: usize

Layers whose source reported WouldBlock.
