#[non_exhaustive]pub enum ScrollSource {
Wheel,
Finger,
Continuous,
}Expand description
Where a scroll came from.
It changes what the scroll means. A wheel click is a discrete step and should move a fixed amount; a finger on a touchpad is continuous and wants kinetic scrolling, and its end is a real event – the finger lifting – rather than the absence of one.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
Wheel
A mouse wheel, in discrete clicks.
Finger
One or more fingers on a touchpad.
Continuous
A continuous source, such as a button held and the device moved.
