true for a serial column.

true for a GENERATED ... AS IDENTITY column.

const IDENTITY_ALWAYS: bool = true

true = GENERATED ALWAYS AS IDENTITY, false = GENERATED BY DEFAULT AS IDENTITY. Only meaningful when GENERATED_IDENTITY is true.
