QueryContext

Struct QueryContext

Source
pub struct QueryContext {
    pub sql: CompactString,
    pub params: Box<[CompactString]>,
    pub param_count: usize,
}
Expand description

The SQL and parameters of a failed query, kept for the error message.

Attach it with ResultExt::with_query.

Fields§

§sql: CompactString

Rendered SQL statement.

§params: Box<[CompactString]>

Debug-rendered parameter values, truncated to keep errors bounded.

§param_count: usize

Total number of parameters, including any omitted from params.

Implementations§

Source§

impl QueryContext

Source

pub fn new<V: Debug>(sql: &str, params: &[&V]) -> Self

Captures sql and the Debug form of each parameter.

At most 32 parameters are kept, each cut to 128 characters, so the error stays small.
