ColumnFlags

Struct ColumnFlags

Source
pub struct ColumnFlags(/* private fields */);
Expand description

Packed column metadata flags for ColumnRef.

Encodes the nullability, primary-key, unique, and has-default bits in a single byte so that ColumnRef stays below the “too many bools” threshold while keeping each bit independently addressable.

Implementations§

Source§

impl ColumnFlags

Source

pub const NOT_NULL: Self

Column is declared NOT NULL.

Source

pub const PRIMARY_KEY: Self

Column participates in the table’s primary key.

Source

pub const UNIQUE: Self

Column has a UNIQUE constraint.

Source

pub const HAS_DEFAULT: Self

Column has a DEFAULT clause.

Source

pub const fn empty() -> Self

Returns a flag set with no bits set.

Source

pub const fn from_bits(bits: u8) -> Self

Reconstructs a flag set from its raw byte representation.

Source

pub const fn bits(self) -> u8

Returns the raw byte representation.

Source

pub const fn contains(self, other: Self) -> bool

Returns true when every bit in other is set in self.

Source

pub const fn union(self, other: Self) -> Self

Returns the union of two flag sets.
