How far a per-row output (or a dre release) has got. A row is done once all its deliveries are (delivered, held, skipped or failed).

What’s progressing, e.g. output `email` .

done: u64

failed: u64

total: u64

rate: Option<Rate>

The rate the deliveries are paced at, if any: a ceiling, not the speed.

finished: bool

The last event for this output: every row is done, or the run stopped.
