GlbRangeReader

Struct GlbRangeReader

Source
pub struct GlbRangeReader<R> { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Seekable, range-backed GLB source.

Opening the source reads only headers and chunk descriptors. Callers choose which chunk to materialize and can enforce an independent quota for each range; this is the non-slice path for GLB v3 files larger than addressable memory.

Implementations§

Source§

impl<R> GlbRangeReader<R>
where R: Read + Seek,

Source

pub fn open(input: R) -> Result<GlbRangeReader<R>, GltfError>

Inspects a seekable source without materializing chunk payloads.

Source

pub fn layout(&self) -> &GlbLayout

Returns the inspected container layout.

Source

pub fn read_chunk( &mut self, descriptor: GlbChunkDescriptor, max_bytes: Option<usize>, ) -> Result<Vec<u8>, GltfError>

Materializes one described chunk after checking the caller’s limit.

Source

pub fn into_inner(self) -> R

Returns the underlying seekable source.
