What a caller asks to record when a run starts; the application adds what it observes.

Two requests with equal fields are one request, which is how a retry is told from a conflict.

Fields

id: RunId

Run identity and idempotency key, a version 7 UUID.

work: WorkItemId

The task being executed.

executor: ActorId

The principal doing the work; the task’s owner when the run starts.

parent: Option<RunId>

Run that spawned this one, such as a parent agent’s run.

session: Option<RunSession>

Provider session, absent for an executor with none.

observation: Observation

How completely the executor is observed.

sources: Vec<RunSource>

Exact source references; empty when none are known.

observed_at: Option<DateTime<Utc>>

When the executor says the run began. It is a claim, never used to judge freshness.
