Whether a session may discover peers by multicast scouting.
Spelled as an enum rather than a bool because the concept flips polarity at
every hop it crosses — --zenoh-no-multicast, DORA_ZENOH_MULTICAST=off,
scouting/multicast/enabled=false — and an inverted bool would not fail a
test, it would silently partition the dataflow.
Variants§
Allowed
Scout unless explicit connect endpoints replace it. The default
everywhere; DORA_ZENOH_MULTICAST_ENV can still turn it off.
Disabled
The caller establishes every link explicitly and wants no scouting.
