A TaskPaper tag with an optional value.

Tags appear in entry titles as @name or @name(value). Tag names are case-insensitive for matching but preserve their original case in output.

Create a new tag with the given name and optional value.

The name is stored as-is (preserving case). Any leading @ is stripped.

pub fn name(&self) -> &str

Return the tag name (without @ prefix).

pub fn value(&self) -> Option<&str>

Return the tag value, if any.
