Treatment of repeated values of the running variable, as rdrobust’s masspoints.

Variants§

Adjust

With many repeated values, enlarge the pilot bandwidths to contain at least bwcheck (default 10) distinct values, and count distinct values in the pilot rule.

§

Check

Count distinct values only for detection (no adjustment).

§

Off

Ignore repeated values.
