Find all symbol IDs that are linked to a specific dependency.

pub async fn delete_by_repo(&self, repo_id: RepoId) -> Result<u64>

Delete all dependencies for a repository. Returns the number of rows deleted.

Note: this cascades to symbol_dependencies via foreign key constraints.
