Factory-calibrated color primaries and white point from DisplayID 2.x block 0x21.

Chromaticity values use 12-bit fixed-point encoding; see ChromaticityPoint12.

Primary color 2 (green) chromaticity.

§primary3: ChromaticityPoint12

Primary color 3 (blue) chromaticity.
