VNode

Struct VNode

Source
pub struct VNode { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

A reference to a template along with any context needed to hydrate it

The dynamic parts of the template are stored separately from the static parts. This allows faster diffing by skipping static parts of the template.

Implementations§

Source§

impl VNode

Source

pub fn children(&self) -> impl ExactSizeIterator<Item = VNodeChild<'_>> + '_

Iterate rendered root children in document order.

Source

pub fn root_child_count(&self) -> usize

Return the number of root child positions.

Source

pub fn dynamic_anchors( &self, ) -> impl DoubleEndedIterator<Item = DynamicAnchor<'_>> + '_

Iterate dynamic anchors in template document order.

Source§

impl VNode

Source

pub fn template(&self) -> &Template

The static template for this rendered node.

Source

pub fn dynamic_values(&self) -> &DynamicValues

The rendered dynamic node/attribute values.

Source

pub fn dynamic_node_values(&self) -> &[DynamicNode]

The dynamic node values in template order.

Source

pub fn dynamic_attr_values(&self) -> &[Box<[Attribute]>]

The dynamic attribute values in template order.

Source

pub fn key(&self) -> Option<&str>

The root key for this render.

Source

pub fn empty() -> Element

Create a template with no nodes that will be skipped over during diffing

Source

pub fn placeholder() -> Self

Create an empty VNode that produces no DOM nodes

Source

pub fn new(template: Template, values: DynamicValues) -> Self

Create a new VNode from a static template and dynamic node/attribute payload.
