Health of one provider as a range source — failure count + a backoff window during which the scheduler avoids it.

Fields§

§failures: u32

Consecutive failures (reset on success).

§served: u64

Total ranges this source has successfully served (for rebalancing / diagnostics).

§backoff_until: Option<Instant>

Do not schedule this source again until this instant (set on failure, capped-exponential).
