Configures one durable SubFlow Condition.

The SubFlow always selects pull Workers, overriding any parent push target. Other omitted configuration fields inherit the parent’s effective settings. Dex generates its Flow ID and request ID. Builder methods preserve normal Flow start defaults when omitted.
