supports_unknown_name_rejection: bool

Allows this queue-owner stream to reject an assigned unknown Step type or RPC name. Reserved-slot streams may always reject unknown names.

max_concurrent_tasks_per_app_worker: u32

Most reserved-slot streams Dex accepts from one app_worker_id on this Server. It counts all of them, including RPC_ONLY slots. Zero means the Server does not report a limit. Reported by Server protocol version 4 or later. A Worker whose configured concurrency exceeds it should fail to start with a clear error.
