Variants

Fresh

The checkout is exactly as it was when the artifact was captured.

Stale

Something has moved; every fact in the artifact falls through to the syntax ladder.

The machine-readable trigger, folded into Uncertainty::Stale. Owned rather than &'static str because the import triggers (check_imports) name the specific import that moved, which is only known at evaluation time.
