The resolve-time consumption path’s own run-level counters: appended to Stats only when the semantic layer actually loaded for this run, so a syntax-only build (no admitted artifact, or a stale one) carries no semantic key at all – the same omit-when-absent rule every enrichment-layer fact follows, and what keeps a graph built without the layer byte-identical to one built before it existed.
