One one-type-argument handler registration: an invocation whose name reads as an installation and which names exactly one type.

This is the fact a repository’s own message vocabulary is derived from. The named type’s base list says which generic base that repository treats as a handler shape and at which position it carries its message, so a bus whose type names appear nowhere in this engine is still recognized from the repository’s own registrations. handler carries the type argument’s descriptor as written; resolving it is the resolver’s job, not the extractor’s.
