Counts + timing devscout map’s CLI line reports, plus the scoped-merge
bookkeeping. Every field but total_manifest_entries/merged_out_of_scope
corresponds to a term in the one-line summary; see summary_line.
Fields§
§scope: Vec<String>The scope value.
scoped_file_count: usizeFiles this run actually walked and (re)decided a manifest entry for.
This is the IN-SCOPE count only; see total_manifest_entries for the
merged total actually written to disk.
total_manifest_entries: usizescoped_file_count + merged_out_of_scope – the manifest entry count
actually written this run. Equals scoped_file_count whenever the prior
manifest had no out-of-scope entries (always true for an unscoped/full-repo
run, so this only differs from scoped_file_count on a genuinely scoped
map <dir> against a manifest that already covered more).
merged_out_of_scope: usizePrior entries outside this run’s scope, carried through untouched. A
naive whole-manifest replacement would drop these; this count is exactly
what that approach would have destroyed.
preserved: usizeThe preserved value.
downgraded: usizeThe downgraded value.
added: usizeThe added value.
removed: usizeIn-scope prior entries this run’s walk no longer produced – legitimate pruning (deleted, renamed, or newly excluded by walk.rs’s skip/extension rules), unaffected by the scoped merge: an out-of-scope prior entry is never a candidate for removal, merged or not.
parsed_ast: usizeThe parsed ast value.
graph_rebuilt: boolThe graph rebuilt value.
graph_seconds: f64The graph seconds value.
graph_def_count: Option<usize>The graph def count value.
graph_edge_count: Option<usize>The graph edge count value.
Implementations§
Source§impl MapReport
impl MapReport
Sourcepub fn summary_line(&self) -> String
pub fn summary_line(&self) -> String
The one-line out string devscout map reports. On a genuinely scoped
run this describes the SCOPED work (scoped_file_count/scope), which is
what this run actually decided; the out-of-scope merge is a silent,
additional safety property the summary line does not mention.
