Per-substitution audit entry. Surfaced through RewritePlan::substitutions so callers can log routing decisions without reaching into the secret values.

path: String

Path portion of the original @secret:<path> alias.

argv_index: usize

Index in the input argv where the alias appeared.

strategy: SubstitutionStrategy

Strategy chosen for this alias.
