Whether anything at all was created by this pass.

Whether anything needs the user’s attention.

pub fn print(&self, verbose: bool)

Print the report.

verbose is for the explicit devp setup, where “already installed” is the answer the user asked for. The automatic pass passes false and stays silent about everything that was already fine.
