Print a section header
Weight, not colour. A header is structure — the reader finds it by scanning down the left edge, which bold already serves. Colouring and underlining it as well spends two more signals on something that was already unambiguous, and leaves the palette with nothing distinct to say when a line genuinely means “this went wrong”.
