What one row says about the state it reports.

Variants§

§

Guaranteed

Structural, with no setting and no flag that changes it.

§

Safe

True on this machine, and the safe answer.

§

Widened

True on this machine, and something the reader should know about. Never a failure — every one of these is a choice someone made deliberately.

§

Neutral

Neither safe nor widened: a fact worth printing, like where the config lives.
