Expand description

Where the global hook installation currently stands.

Variants§

§

Active

core.hooksPath points at our directory and every hook file is present.

§

Absent

Nothing of ours is installed and the single global slot is free.

§

Foreign(String)

core.hooksPath belongs to another tool; taking it would disable that tool in every repository on the machine.

§

Chained

Ours, forwarding every hook on to the directory it displaced.

Fields

§previous: String

Where the shims hand off to.

§drifted: Vec<String>

Hook names present over there with no shim here, so currently not running. Non-empty means the other tool added a hook after the chain was built.
