Where an OsvEcosystem’s queried version is matched against advisory ranges.

OSV.dev returns {} for a version-carrying query in the GitHub Actions ecosystem even when the version is inside an advisory’s affected range (issue #1675), so a versioned query there reads as a false “clean”. Self::LocalUnversioned ecosystems are queried without version and matched locally against each record’s affected[].ranges.

ServerSide

OSV.dev matches version server-side; the query carries it.

LocalUnversioned

The query omits version; advisory ranges are matched locally against the in-use version.
