A styled line lowered for a translate component (spec-0096 §3.3).

Fields

format: String

The line with span i replaced by %<i+1>$s and every other % doubled: the component’s fallback and the language file’s value.

spans: Vec<(SpanStyle, String)>

Each span’s style and its text (every % doubled), by index: the with arguments, and the language file’s <key>.span.<i> values.
