The config file in play, absent when no location resolves.

values: Vec<ConfigValue>

The values, in the operator’s key order.

resolved: bool

Whether each line carries its winning layer (--resolved).

Path(PathBuf)

config path: the config file the mutating arms read and write.

config get <key>: one resolved value and its winning layer (or the absent layer for an unresolved key).
